When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the products selected at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.

Iceman Collections reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that may affect the ability to fulfill the order.

An order is considered accepted when payment has been processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders are processed according to our regular shipping schedule, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered the shipping process.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-orders are subject to the cancellation rights described in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, items are in stock and ready to ship according to our regular shipping schedule.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise. Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and transportation processes.

Iceman Collections is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, customs processing, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
