Orders

  • What do I do if there is a problem with my order? Contact us immediately. We are happy to work with you to try to make things right. From the home page, use the Contact Us link to fill out the form.
  • What do I do if items from my order are damaged or defective? Contact us immediately. We may ask for additional information but are happy to replace those pieces. From the home page, use the Contact Us link to fill out the form.
  • What if my order hasn't arrived? A tracking number will be provided to you when your order ships. If it has been more than 2 weeks and your order has not arrived, please contact us. From the home page, use the Contact Us link to fill out the form.

3D Printed Items

The majority of our items are designed by talented folks that we have partnered with. We have acquired licenses from designers when and where applicable. Our contract agreements are confidential.
  • How do I clean parts? The following cleanup process is what we recommend for OUR products only.
    - Remove flash and/or supports

    - Wash and rinse with degreaser soap and water
    - Do not use any other household chemicals
    - Air dry away from direct sunlight
    - DO NOT use hand soap that contains lotions
    - DO NOT soak any of the parts
  • What type of printers do you use? We are currently using a variety of SLA printers.
  • Can you help me with my 3D printer? Unfortunately, we are not offering that type of service at this time.
  • Do you sell files for the items you sell. We do not sell any digital files at all.

Available items

  • When will you be adding more of the items that show out of stock? With the exception of full kits, we try to restock items every Saturday.
  • Why are your kits only sold for a limited amount of time? So that we can continue to provide you with a constant variety of kits, we only make them available for a limited timeframe. Once those orders are fulfilled, we introduce the next kit. 
  • I'm looking to get a kit of my car made. Can you design that for me? At this time we are not offering that service.
  • I'm looking for a specific engine, body, set of wheels, etc. Can you make that? At this time we are not offering that service.

Shipping

  • When will my order be shipped? We ship order Mondays and Thursdays. Cutoff time is the previous day at 6:00 pm EST.
  • Do you combine shipping? Yes. Add items to your cart and you will be presented with various options to choose from based on the weight/cost of your items.
  • Do you ship to my country? We ship worldwide. You will be provided with accurate shipping cost to your country at checkout.
  • What happens if my order is returned to you? Orders that are returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address will be cancelled. A refund will be processed (minus the shipping fee) when we receive it.
