Cancellation policy

Some items at Iceman Collections may be offered as pre-orders. This policy explains your rights when placing a pre-order and how you can cancel before the order is fulfilled.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is not currently in inventory and is expected to become available at a future date. Pre-order listings will provide any available information about the expected release or shipping timeframe.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been fulfilled. If you cancel before fulfillment, you will receive a refund of any amount paid toward the pre-order.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. At that point, any return or refund request is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

If there are significant changes to a pre-order, such as an extended delay or other circumstances that substantially affect the order, we will provide applicable information and work with affected customers regarding their options.
